This one is a bit hard to tell from the photograph it may be a Diuris nigromontana on the way out or a hybrid in which one of the parents is Diuris sulphurea

I believe that is Diuris nigromontana. Good thing you got them when you did as they have a burn planned for Gossan Hill today.
