User's notes

There were numerous males investigating the Hibbertia scandens flowers along the fence. When a female landed (photographed here) one did mount her. I suspect this species is Hylaeus (Prosopisteron) turgicollaris but welcome I.D. corrections or confirmation. Location made invisible due to it being on my private property. Our house backs onto Birdwood Gully in Springwood and we have an endemic native garden.
