I asked You Ning Su about this one as this was his reply:
"I can confirm this is an undescribed male species under Pteronemobius, it used to be mis-identified as P. arima since they are all small and with similar appearance. Good to learn the adults can occur in such early season, I guess it came from a late instar nymph which survived from the cold winter. This is an interesting species around Canberra regions, luckily I have collected a few samples when I was involved with Canberra Bushblitz."
