I've checked on PlantNET filtering plant name search by Southern Tablelands Botanical Subdivision. Given the height, the slender culms/stems, simple inflorescence, and the lengths of the leaf-like involucral bracts looks closest looking candidates are C. lhotskyanus, C. sanguinolentus or C. unioloides?
