It sort of looks like Diemenia rubromarginata but has no trace of red on the edges so maybe it's not. Hmm...

Hmm not assasin, no probiscus (?). Looks like a coreid bug.. Rhopalidae has this colouring and the red eyes. Maybe one of the leptocoris that are ground dwellers. Will keep looking!
